On Friday Evening, The Brewers return home for their latest NCEL league game against Campion. They have had a tough week with away defeats on the road at Rossington and Golcar on Saturday and Tuesday. This has left us in 13th place with 16 points from 13 games played. Campion are in 16th place with 11 points from just 8 games played. On Saturday afternoon, they beat Handsworth 3-1 at home.

Last season, The Brewers were beaten 4-1 at home by Campion whilst the away game ended with a 0-0 draw. The Red and Black's had a superb season as they ended on 2nd place in the table with 76 points from 38 games played. They were defeated in the play off semi finals 2-0 at home by Albion Sports, and ended their season with a 2-0 away defeat at Parkgate in the NCEL league Cup. When they catch up with their games in hand this season, they will likely be in the play off mix again.

A tough game again for the Brewers, but it should be an exciting one. After this game, we are at home again on Tuesday Evening against Goole AFC in the West Riding Cup , followed by on Saturday 19th 3pm against Thackley. Good Luck to The team.
