On Saturday we return to league action against Colwyn Bay on the back of a confidence boosting victory over North West side Silsden in the County Cup.
Tuesday night was a game that despite it being the West Riding County Cup and despite the two divisions difference was a must win. And win we did.
Manager Billy Miller will be looking to carry the confidence gained from the victory into today’s big league encounter.
Both sides have been struggling somewhat in recent weeks; Bay haven’t won in their last five league outings whereas the Brewers have won once, a 3-2 win at Radcliffe Borough last month.
Colwyn Bay currently sit in 10th place in the Evo-Stik Division One North accumulating 35 points from 26 games, five points ahead of the Brewers who hold a game in-hand.
Team News: Defender Andy Milne looks to remain on the side-lines after a reoccurrence of his knee injury. Chandler Hallwood and Erico Sousa are set to come back into the side after being ineligible to play in the West Riding County Cup.
Tom Corner should be fit enough to play some part in the match.
