We can now announce that Michael Ingham, our Goalkeeper for the last six years and also our Club Captain, has taken up the role of Assistant Manager at Scarborough Athletic where he will be reunited with their new Manager (and Taddy Favourite), Jono Greening.

The Ex-Sunderland, Wrexham and York keeper bought something special to the Brewers when he signed in time for our first season at Step 4 and his experience, leadership and brilliance between the sticks has been vital as the club has established itself at the higher level.

We will publish a full “farewell” to Michael in the course of the next few days but for now everyone attached to the club thanks him for his unflinching service to Tadcaster Albion and he leaves with our best wishes for this new chapter in a career which started back in 1998 at Cliftonville in the Irish League Premier.
