Another important step within #NewEra is the creation of ETS which aims to provide a clear pathway for young players aged 16-21 into the first team and beyond. Manager, Paul Quinn, sees this as being an integral part of the senior set up.

Steve Grime
Steve will head up the coaching team. He is an ex-Leeds United / Man City academy coach and currently Head of football at University of Leeds, Academy Manager at UFCA / Leeds United College and Coach at England Universities national team.

Steve, who holds an FA UEFA B/Youth Award.is delighted to join the Brewers ;
“I am looking forward to working with Paul and Steve who I have known for a few years now in previous roles and understand the #NewEra they are creating giving local talented young players the chance to progress. The staff team they have built to move forward is excellent and I am excited to be a part of it.

Daniel Steele
Thirty-six year old Dan completes the coaching team for the ETS. He has just obtained a degree in Sports Coaching from Leeds Beckett University and hopes to now embark on a Masters degree in the subject. He has coached extensively with school children and had a spell managing Ossett Albion Ladies before that club joined forces with “Town”

Dan holds FA level 1 Futsal, Level 1 Goalkeeping, and Level 2 Coaching Football. He is delighted with this appointment;
“I am really happy to be involved with the club – it is an exciting time for Tadcaster Albion and an ideal platform for me to help and develop others.
