Ellam becomes the club's fifth new signing since the appointment of new manager Michael Morton.

"Jake is a big athletic midfielder who is capable of playing a number of roles for us" said the Taddy boss.

"Along side that he has a real hunger to keep developing his game which is perfect for us as a management team."

Ellam spent a combined ten years at Barnsley and Sheffield Wednesday before moving on to gain experience at this level for Frickley Athletic and Ossett Town.

"I'm looking forward to a fresh start at a brilliant club with new challenges" said the 20 year-old.

"I'm chomping at the bit to get going!"

Jake Ellam becomes the fifth new signing after Jason Stokes, Sam Akeroyd, Danny Frost and Pete Davidson have already put pen to paper.
